Product returns

Soligo is synonymous with design, quality, innovation and originality; attributes that describe perfectly the exclusive ceramic, stone, mosaic and slate products that we offer to our clients which we seek to fully satisfy. However, it is possible that, for a reason or another, products must be returned. If it is the case, here is our return policy:
Full refunds and exchanges will be processed for products returned within 60 working days of receipt (date of taking possession).
A return authorization number is essential. You can obtain it by visiting the Ambiente boutique online at http://boutique.soligo.ca ("return" menu under "account"), by asking your sales representative or by asking our Ambiente customer service. The invoice number of all returned products is essential to the authorization request. Special orders are not returnable. Products returned without authorization will be resent to the shipper at his own expense.
The return authorization number must be clearly indicated on the papers of returned products. Nothing must be written directly on the returned products boxes. A copy of the original invoice must also accompany the shipment. Transportation costs of all returns must be prepaid. Products must be returned in their complete original packaging (if possible). Products will be credited upon receipt and a 15% handling fee will be charged. No claims can be made for discontinued product.
