Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This warranty is void if our products have been improperly installed. Nuances, variations in color and finishes of tiles can differ from samples. Retailer must verify, or have the tiles verified by his customers, before their installation because installation means acceptance of goods received.
Our warranty does not cover labor, replacement costs, losses during transportation or any other damages resulting from the replacement of the product.
Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of our products if it is established that they are defective. No claims can be made if some or all of the tiles have been installed.
